I studied under Grand Master Ro (Son of Byung Jick Ro- Song Moo Kwon) from 7 years old until 12. I took a 25 year break from Taekwondo and decided I really liked the health benefits of it. I found Master Kim as he has his DoJang close to my house, and have taken it up again. He's a great master; very good people skills, but also really good at improving/guiding/motivating the students. I always feel happy and motivated to get back to class. I noticed the health benefits right away and now that I've been doing this for 5 months, I have realized how out of shape I was. I enjoy doing Taekowndo again. I think I'll stick with it for quite some time.
